FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
THE BOOK (MUSIC LIBRARY)
Everything 1x [pronounced “one - time”] is a full service media production company built around the engine of a unique music library named “The Book”.
An organized catalog of songs with properly recorded ownership information in metadata, used to sell licenses throughout the world of intellectual property business.
Typical music library entities are strictly middlemen that submit music on your behalf to a network of music supervisors for a fee. Everything 1x is a quality control center (production company) that powers “The Book” (music library). We specialize in taking seed ideas and bringing them up to the highest standard in order to increase the probability of placement. This is ideal for creators who may not have all of the skill, resources or time to complete industry standard material but would like to participate in the sync placement process, maintain ownership in their creative works, and generate profit from their art.
• All genres and styles are welcome.
• Everything 1x only catalogs clean records. Any songs containing profane, lewd, hyper-sexualized, or derogatory material will be edited and/or re-written before pitching.
Just walk through our submission form! You will need to provide:
• Audio file of the song (wav or mp3) - it does not have to be a final mix or mastered file.
• Lyrics of the song (if it contains vocals)
No. All music sent to us for review will remain confidential and is protected by YOUR copyright. The submission form only gives Everything 1x the opportunity to evaluate and listen to the submitted music.
