New coaching clients are required to have an Intake Session before booking a Vocal Foundations Session, Heart-ist Development Session, Music Creation Session and Music Business Development Session. The primary goal is to gather information and establish a clear understanding of your needs, goals, and expectations and to determine your coach can best help you achieve those goals. Cancellation Policy

At Everything 1x, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your coaching session. In order to maintain an efficient schedule and provide the best service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by both the client and the voice coach. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their session, in can only be done up to 24 HOURS before START TIME of their session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted. No refund or reschedule will be given. No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification) will be charged the full session fee. No refund will be given. In the case of emergencies and unavoidable circumstances, please email your coach. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of your coach.
